The Tornado cup wheel is built with a unique design that extends the length of each segment. Its flat core and longer segments reduce gouging and deliver smoother results compared to standard spiral cup wheels—making it an excellent choice for aggressive concrete grinding.
For maximum cutting power, the 3-segment et 6-segment models are the most aggressive, featuring a soft bond for hard concrete and a coarse 16/20 grit.
For more versatile grinding, Syntec also offers the 18-segment Tornado cup wheel, available in both 5″ and 7″ sizes. This design can be selected in 16/20, 30/40, or 120/140 grits to match your specific surface preparation needs.
