PCD Cup Wheels – Ultimate Coating Removal
PCD cup wheels deliver unmatched performance for removing thick coatings such as glue, epoxy, mastic, paint, and adhesives. Unlike traditional metal bond diamond tools, which can glaze when tackling heavy coatings, PCD segments use a scraping action that prevents gumming, extends tool life, and maximises productivity. This style of PCD adds durability and reduces excessive digging with the addition of a buffer segment next to the PCD.
